GAYA presents Lavera Island Mall, a large-scale commercial redevelopment project in El Shorouk City. Originally completed in 2008, the mall remained inactive for over 15 years. GAYA was appointed to reimagine and revive the entire property through a comprehensive architectural redesign — both internally and externally.
The project scope included full technical studies, design renewal, and operational planning to reposition the mall for modern commercial activity. Every phase was developed to transform an outdated structure into a fully functional and market-ready destination.
